Project Overview

Real field execution, documented from the project folder.

The Hadley Middle School link addition created a new connector between Hadley Middle School and Homer Junior High, adding classrooms, a gym, an expanded library, and Illinois's largest Skyfold vertically folding wall. DePasquale Steel erected the steel frame for the 52,000 sq ft building and kept the structural package moving on schedule for the district's August 2025 opening.

The images on this page are scoped to Hadley Middle School Link Addition, keeping the case study tied to the actual field conditions and finished work for this project.

Challenge & Execution

Sequenced in
the field.

Every project has a different site condition. DePasquale Steel plans the steel around access, staging, safety, and the work of other trades so the frame can move without slowing the rest of the job.
