    Shop drawings are produced and coordinated with the GC and other trades.

    Fabrication

    Members are cut, fit, and welded to spec, then sequenced for delivery.

    Erection

    Union ironworkers set, bolt, and weld the frame safely, on schedule.

    Completion & Handoff

    Punch-list, field modifications, and a clean, inspection-ready turnover.
